Born in Istanbul in 1968, Salih Zeki Azak graduated from Kabataş Erkek High School and earned the title of "Urban Planner" after completing the Department of City and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Architecture. Enhancing his education with a master’s degree in "Urban Design" at Istanbul Technical University, Azak founded Form Yapı in 1987, leaving a mark in the construction sector with principles of quality, durability, and aesthetics. Producing innovative and sustainable solutions, Form Yapı continues to maintain its leading position in the sector with active projects.
